UBEC

Basic Education
The Basic Educational Services Team (BEST)began in 2002, with the aim of providing supplemental tutorial services to students from kindergarten to Grade 12. Tutorial services are offered in language arts and math across six Southern counties in California, covering 80 school districts. Each student is provided with a Student Learning Plan, once an assessment has been carried out about their educational background.
